  2. Mille Colombes (3:10) (E. Marnay, Ch. Bruhn)

    SLEEVE NOTES:

A Side: Mr. Summertime (Una Belle Histoire):
It was a big hit by French pop star Michel Fugan, who in the fall of 1972, had the song alone at number one on the French hit parade. The song was composed by Fugain himself, and the original French title is "Une Belle Histoire", but Raymond Lefèvre featured it in his "Sainfonie des Sorrows/Raymond Lefèvre Golden Prize," released in March 1973, under the title "The History of Love. The film is featured in the "History of Love" section of the magazine. The song is currently a big hit, attracting attention as a commercial song for Kanebo Cosmetics, and Lefebvre's performance approaches with his signature sound, bringing the brass and rhythm section forward and contrasting them with the flowing strings.

B Side: Mille Colombes:
The French title of this French hit song is "Mille Colombes," and it was composed by E. Marnay and Ch. Bruhn. In France, the word "dove" has a stronger meaning of a helpless maiden than that of peace, and if you listen to the song with this in mind, the melodious feeling of the song will be even more unforgettable. This song is also a new number by Mireille Mathieu, and is included on Lefèvre's latest release, "Star Wars: Raymond Lefèvre" (GP541).
