SLEEVE NOTES:
Lefèvre, who is scheduled to visit Japan in March for a total of 26 concerts throughout the country, released "Little Girl"* during his residency. Originally titled "Little Girl," this new song was originally written by a new French male singer named Samy Benedetto, and Lefèvre has cooked it up in an arrangement reminiscent of the smash hit "Queen of Sheba."
Lefebvre's orchestration is characterized by the unparalleled thickness of the strings, and together with the asymptotic arrangement heard in "Rain Rain" and other songs, it reigns supreme in the world of love songs.
The orchestra, which was larger in number than the one led by Paul Mauriat, added even more gravitas to the traditional European style of the band.
On the one hand, he has produced classical music as seen in "Winter" from "The Four Seasons," and on the other hand, he has produced hit songs as seen in "The Girl from Eden," and even in film music such as "Papillon" (HIT-2130S scheduled for release on April 5), Lefèvre's versatile talent is a work of outstanding quality. We hope to see more of Lefebvre's talents in the future.
