    Starring Jean Gabin, Alain Delon, and Lino Vancera; directed by Henri Verneuil of "Love with a Past," "Headlights," "Melody in the Basement," "$100,000 in the Sun," etc.; adapted by José Giovanni and cinematography by Henri Decaë of "Plein Soleil" and "Samurai. The music is by Ennio Morricone, who is well-known for his Spagjetti Westerns.
